looking at your lord of the rings stuff, what was your inspiration for this? the cartoon film, the film or the books?

Always the books, but with my own twist, I like to think. Most of the Tolkien-inspired work I’ve done was prior to the Live action films. As to the Animated films – I was never a huge fan of those, as I always saw the characters differently in my mind.
